Gromacs 2026.2 installed

Gromacs 2026.2 was installed. CPU and GPU versions are available.

Job samples can be found in /apl/gromacs/2026.2/samples and /apl/gromacs/2026.2-CUDA/samples. Please check following links for installation details.

Interface to CP2K is not enabled for this version. Parallel runs using plumed seem to have issue. We plan to test these issues in future builds.
