AlphaFold 3.0.2 installed

AlphaFold 3.0.2 was installed. Sample job is available in /apl/alphafold/samples/3.0.2.
Notes about installation can be found in https://ccportal.ims.ac.jp/en/node/3985.

Output filename style appears to be slightly different from existing versions.
Additionally, since the installation process has changed significantly from before (conda => uv),
it may be more efficient to create a new input based on the sample above rather than modifying existing one.
