(Apr. 1-8) Temporary suspension of new application due to migration to NOUS

(Apr. 9) The new submission system NOUS is finally available.
 

(Apr. 8) From  FY2020, new system NOUS is used for subimission of application.

The old submission system has not been available from Apr. 1st.
The new system NOUS, however, is not ready for new applications due to various kinds of troubles.
The date of reopen is not yet determined. Please wait for a while till the new system is opened.
