We will show the communication example.
The size of the data used for forwarding is 1GByte, and the measurement time is 2009/6/8 11:00-13:00.
Because the speed decreases because of a lot of causes, it doesn't seem that it is being ruled indiscriminately by RTT.
There is an example of 963Mbps between Local:Linux and Kyushu:Linux (mean value at 16GByte file transfer).
